Well, we barely met the requirements to start 9th treatment today. After one has so many chemo treatments, they get to a point where rebounding isn't as easy as it was. Tommy has reached that point. Going in to the treatment at a weaker stage is concerning as this is the treatment that always knocked him down when he was doing good. Don't want to wish this upon us, but I'd bet we'll be back next week for at least a week while he's fighting with all of his might to get better again.
Daryl is gone on a trip to Iraq. I always joke that he's on vacation when he travels. Hey, he's flying and has no kids to worry about, stays in some pretty nice places once in a while, drinks really good beer in Germany and once in a while might even play golf. Come on, they need to use Daryl as their poster child to get new recruits to join the military.
My dad came up from AZ to hold down the fort and take care of Ms. Maggie. Maggie is a smitten Papa's girl - BIG time! She LOVES her Papa and was an angel tonight for him. He's mostly worried about doing her hair. You know how baby fine hair little girls have when they are almost two - I told him to take a couple of clips over to daycare and Aunt Suzanne will take care of her.
Windermere Real Estate South Inc., has been AWESOME! It's no wonder why I chose to work for them years ago. Thank you Windermere for ALL your support, and I thank you for the dinners. The timing was perfect...and we'll eat them. Windermere had several meals made for us so we can stock our freezer and then just pop them in the oven and we have home cooked meals! Gosh, this is one of the best gifts ever! We all get to eat great meals, I'm not stressed about grocery shopping or finding the time to make the meals. If Tommy and I are at the Dr's House, Daryl and Maggie can still have lots of choices and home cooked meals ready in a jiffy.
Well, I'm beat and Tommy's WIDE awake on Adivan (sp) LORD HELP ME!
Yes MOM! I'm still trying to find the memory stick to post the pics from Michelle's visit. When it's found and I find the time, I'll post on the site. Too much to do, too little time. May God bless you all! <><

We hope that Tommy will be able to go home tomorrow. He is a very brave little man, and such a fighter. He has had a lot of treatments which only means . . . he is almost done!
Papa and Maggie are looking forward to you coming back to play with them. Hurry home.
I will see you in a few days and we are going to have such a super time. Remember with Gee and Papa you are the boss . . so think of things you would love to do. I know Papa is having the best time of his life helping out and enjoying you and your sister!

Hi Tommy - Sorry to hear you're feeling like dog meat again. I wish I could come up there and take you to the park and forget all about how icky you feel. We love you and can't wait for you to feel better! Love - Aunt Shel, Uncle Bear, and Your Wild Cousins!
Hello!
Sure wish this was this time next year so we can hear all about school, vacations, and maybe some "T" ball or soccer. We all pray for the year or so to pass quickly and leave you a healthy little boy, the way it should have always been. So happy Papa is there to help. God Bless you all.
Love
