Pics from Surgery & Back to Chemo Update

This is where they did the bone core sample from.
This is the site of where the cancer was found. NO new cancer was found at all.
We are on chemo treatment 6 of 15, so after Saturday, we have 9 more to go. After having a little time off from chemo, we were a little rusty at the routine. Good news, Tommy's not sick! Now I am positive of the medicine being the blame of Tommy's behavioral changes. It's NOT a fun thing to watch and deal with. Looking forward to going home on Saturday and start the detox before we end up here in a transfusion next week.
Kim and Maggie have come up to see us two days in a row. With Tommy's altered behavior, I asked Kim to take a break today from coming and just doing some fun Maggie things. It's too stressful for all of us to have all of us here. Maggie has taken to Kim just fine, she's calling her "Mommy" - little vixen! That REALLY makes me feel good and I know Kim is more than able to care for Maggie -- she's a mother of FOUR! Thanks Kim, Dave, to your children, Pete and Shannon for allowing Kim to help and support us in our time of need. I don't know what I would have done without her this week!!!! Keep prayers going and know we thank you for it! <><

When we look at the pictures of Tommy's foot we see a healing that is taking place. God, will continue to take care of our little Tommy and have him back to his happy little self soon. He was such a brave little man when we were there and never complained of pain, etc. We can all see from the pictures that it had to hurt him. Tommy is a great example for all of us to follow.

Tommy,
Please give Kim (Ms. Little)a big hug and kiss for us. Papa and I think she is a fantastic friend and person to come and spend a week to help mama and daddy out!
Auntie Michelle and Caleb will be there in a few weeks to also pitch in and help out. After all of these treatments are finished I hope you can all come to Phoenix and we will have a hugh celebration party!

Tommy you and Mom are special in our thoughts and our prayers this week. A verse, reassures us that wherever we go, He is always with us...

"May the Lord bless you and keep you; may the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; may the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace."
Love you More, More, More

Hello Tommy - You tell that bruise on your foot to get out of your way in the name of Jesus!

We are so happy that the tests came back clear. The power of prayer is seen through the results but we need to realize that God's answer is not just in the clean test, but the strength in which he carries you through until the finish.

We love you! Maine is getting colder so send us that sunshine through your smiles!!!
