Back in the Hospital

Getting some sleep thanks to Morphine.

One of the Doc's took Tommy for a ride.

Picking out a DVD to watch with Dad.
Dad had to take Tommy to the Hospital around 1:30 am Wednesday morning becasue his fever was to high and blood count to low. He hasn't been able to eat for days and is living on IV fluids. He aslo needed a red blood cell transfusion, along with antibiotics, pain meds, and nausea meds. Hopefully he will be able to go home on Friday, bad news is he is scheduled to come back on Monday for a 5 day chemo treatment with foot surgery at Childrens Hospital in Seattle in the near future. This is a creul treatment schedule to follow, I hate making him better only to make him sick again starting on Monday.

Thank you so much for sharing the pictures of our little Tommy. It is wonderful that he was able to get some rest, and it looks like he is enjoying his ride in the wagon with the doctor.
Give him a kiss and hug for us.

It is great seeing that little smile...he is a little trooper. His cousin Elijah was sad to hear he is sick, and he will add him in his prayers at night. Give him a hug from all of us.
Love,
Aunt Terry

Berto had an outpatient medical procedure this week and he talked about wearing a hospital gown and having an IV like Tommy!!! It was only one difficult morning for us - can't imagine doing it every day!! Tommy is truly superman! Love you guys. Thanks for sharing pictures and keeping us updated.
